Wilco Tango Foxtrot via Lagunitas

Jobless Recovery Ale

Thanks to Harmon Drive reader Gianpaolo Elena of Brescia, Italy for the heads up on this new Wilco brew. Lagunitas Brewery, in California calls this “A big Ol’ Imperial Brown Ale to help you with your slipperly slide on into springtime. Rich, smooth, dangerous & chocolatey.” ABV: 7.83%

Lagunitas, Harmon Drive salutes you. Binny’s and Whole Foods has WTF in Chicago!

only available in 22oz. bombers

Do you like trying new brews? Check out a beer drinking Chicago transplant (and also a good buddy of mine) who is now living in Portland, OR who started The Daily Pull, which captures his experiences trying new brews in the Pacific Northwest. I am investigating where and when this will be available in Chicago, stay tuned to Harmon Drive!

  1. Hey Chris, thanks for checking out my post on this beer. I am glad you did because it lead me to your blog and you have some great band info here. I am headed to SXSW in a couple of weeks. You gotta few bands here I am not familiar with that I will have to check out.

I wouldn’t expect a Wilco brew to come any other way. You got to get the 22oz. BOMBERS!!

  3. Chris, Thanks for the mention – I’m looking forward to trying this one!

A friend of mine in Portland wrote about this beer on his blog called Portland Beer and Music, which you might also be interested in checking out. His post has some more info on the name, check it out here:
